In 2000 Sara began to further her education at Cumbria Institute of the Arts, attaining a BTEC National Diploma In Fine Art. While at college Sara was nationally selected to exhibit a 'Paper Sculpture' in London's Museum of Science and Industry in 2001.

After exhibiting her work at the 'Blooming Student's Exhibition 2002' at Cumbria Institute of the Arts, Sara moved onto higher education at the University of Central Lancashire. During her 3 year BA (Hons) Graphic Design degree Sara worked part-time at bfp Design, finally exhibiting her university work and achievements at the 2005 UCLan Degree Show.

Sara graduated in July 2005 with a 2:1 and was instantly successful at obtaining full-time employment with a Preston based design company as a graphic designer. After 18 months Sara moved onto her current position working for The Gift Pack Company as a Product and Packaging Designer where she was based in the Ribchester office for 8 months and has now moved the design department to Westbourne Studio's, London.

While freelancing Sara has worked on a variety of projects such as illustrations, greeting cards, wedding stationery, personalized invitations, corporate branding, posters, flyers and leaflets.
